      a very good training ground for young & up-start employees.

      Inconvénients

      One must be prepared to be squeezed out of your worth. Working late and long hours are the norm. Despite of the many activities out of office, work-life balance is still very low in this company. The management is generally still too conservative and bureaucratic. Too much emphasis on process and documentation - this has created unnecessary non-value added ARs putting the employees under pressure. Decision making from the top are also slow and lack of transparency.

      Benefits and location are the only pros to working here

      Inconvénients

      Very toxic environment, almost no opportunities for raises or growth despite what they tell you. They lied about a lot of things I asked about when I interviewed for the position.
