      Avantages

      There is a lot of room to grow if you are hard working and come with the right attitude. Great creative atmosphere. Most clients are really big brands in the entertainment industry. They have offices all throughout Latinamerica. If you want to learn digital, this is the place to be.

      Inconvénients

      Lots of work around the clock (like most agencies). As CM, you are always on duty (ALWAYS). 10 days vacation per year, plus holidays and sometimes a week in December. Frequent changes in management. Some accounts can be reaaally boring.

      Very creative group of people who believe anything can be achieved, they don't take no for answers.

      Inconvénients

      Small group so you'll need to wear many hats a t the same time.

      Avantages

      Very creative and excellent work environment, professional team players. Latin diversity reigns, as a multinational company they operate comfortably across borders, platforms, and nuances in cultures.

      Inconvénients

      Latin America sometimes has competitive edge when it comes to pricing on production services, so Wikot's offer its top quality services at very affordable prices, which affects the whole pool of pricing, leads to lower salaries and tons of work. Great for clients, not so great for accounts internally.
