Avantages

Definitely a below average corp. it hires people who can serve a 18 months bonded contract h1b. Serve the servitude. It would be understatement to say that management cant differentiate between a automaton and an IT worker. Join at your risk if you think that it can offer between salary than an American company. They may offer someone a 60k job max. The management is unappreciative and non responsive. The Ceo is totally remote from the employees and is distant by several miles of bureaucracy. 90 percentile salary is in 50K to 60K range.

Inconvénients

All the cons. Consultant may spend lot of unproductive time from lack of support from Organization.

Avantages

If the following two business are analogous - exporting software (to American businesses) or operating a grocery store (Indian spices) in United States then come to Universal Software Corp. The company policies, compensation package and work culture is nothing more than selling dinner at restaurant. Good to know that company projects itself as "Universal is company for the people starting their lives in US" and I totally agree. Does that mean an employee forgoes market value of his/her resume, forgoes the promise and abundance of an American life, or forgoes the motivators and hygiene factors. I would rather work for a Indian restaurant than work at Universal Software Corp. because the hygiene factors are better. Yes the hygiene factors here referenced are those by Herzberg's (PMI) and Universal desperately needs a change in policies and work culture in order to be considered a border line, fair salary, fair environment. It will not be overstatement to say, employee satisfiers are nothing at all / nada.
