Not for experienced - Avis employé Software Development Engineer In Test (SDET) II Unifytech

Having completed a quarter at Unify, I would like to share my experience so far. One of the things I appreciate most is the positive and collaborative work culture. I recently had the opportunity to attend a team meetup and it was great to see the positive energy, open communication, and strong sense of teamwork across the organization. The experience reinforced my impression that Unify values mutual respect, employee engagement, and collaboration. It created an environment where everyone felt comfortable connecting beyond work making it both motivating and enjoyable to be part of the team. Overall my journey so far has been a positive one and I look forward to growing and contributing further at Unify.

No cons so far yet

It has been a few months since I became part of Unify, and I would like to share my experience about the company culture. My first team meetup after joining Unify was truly a memorable experience. It was refreshing to interact with everyone outside of our usual work conversations and connect on a more personal level. The meetup created a very positive and comfortable atmosphere where everyone felt included, connected, and engaged. Moments like these genuinely reflect Unify’s culture a workplace that values people, relationships, collaboration. As a new employee, experiences like these helped me feel more welcomed and comfortable within the organization. It also gave me the opportunity to understand the team better, build stronger connections, and appreciate the supportive environment that Unify promotes. These initiatives not only strengthen team bonding but also motivate employees and create a sense of belonging within the organization. Looking forward to many more such moments and experiences as part of the Unify journey.
