      Avantages

      All remote work, Transactly supplies contacts and software. Paid soon after contract closing. Some company social culture. Online meetings about once a week are optional. There is some $ benefit to finding your own clients.

      Inconvénients

      Minimal Training. No pay for released contracts. Completely dependent on Real Estate Market conditions. Not seeing much marketing to support TCs. Clients range from complete newbies with no experience to Agent Teams with full time assistants. To make $5k monthly you'll need to close 25 transactions each month.

      Avantages

      No real complaints to note. Good company to work for, lots of support. Agent/clients are assigned to you, and you have a lot of flexibility. Paid weekly.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is a little slow to add up.
