      Avantages

      I had a good experience working here . The environment is supportive,and you get to work on real projects which helps you learn a lot . The team is cooperative, and there are good chances to improve both technical and leadership skills

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes limited resources make things a bit challenging, especially in hiring and project delivery. Workload can vary , and some processes are not very clear , so there is a room for better structure.
