Inconvénients
Investors beware. Job description doesn't cover half of what your responsibilities will be. As a sales rep, you will also responsible for renewals, creating price increases, chasing down over due invoices, and creating your own marketing material to send to customers and potential prospects. The employee retention is the worst I've ever seen. In one year, there have been over 20 people that have come and go in a company that has less than 50 people in it. They outsource a lawyer and HR. They don't have them in house. The CEO and one person on operations are the ones who check which invoices get paid. No real accounting person at this company. If you put your 2 weeks in, they will let you go on the spot. Past employees were asked by leadership to create fake reviews to boost the score. Leadership will occasionally move closed won deals around or hold them until the next month to better their bonus. The commission structure is horrible. They reward tenure over success no matter how much money you've brought in. No one ever takes responsibility for their faults and always points the finger to someone else. Rather than act like a leader/mentor, they step back and feign innocence.
