Global atmosphere and exposure ,people from all over the world work togather 5.Less workload on individual ,working as a team 6. Meal coupons provided and extra pay if working in evening /night shifts 7. Work from home opportunity

      Inconvénients

      1.Management very slow 2. Odd shift timings 8am-5pm , 11 am - 8 pm , 4pm- 1am,,12pm-9am 3.less foreign tours or experience IJP Globally 4. Less client side interactions done

      Slow internal processes, over committing/under delivering, reselling is a nightmare here, Many customers are leaving due to poor experience the past few years
