great program for kids with special needs. tons of resources! The parents and kids are awesome there!
Inconvénients
Where do I even start! There are two groups of people at this job. One group are the people that has been there for 10+ years, they are bond together by their religious beliefs . And then you have the normal group. . Even though they are not label as a religious school, they are very religious and talks about GOD A lot. This is the kind of job where you can't share and talk about things you would normally talk about with your co workers because if "they" heard something that they think is not right, you will be judged! There is definitely a bad vibe working there. Set vacations. you don't accrue them. So if you have an unexpected emergency , good luck trying to get that day or days off. They will make you feel so bad about it. A lot of co workers has came out of the office crying!
