      Inconvénients

      No clearly defined growth path for employees Culture is very heads-down in getting work deliverables out on time and this leaves less time to innovate and grow as individuals or collectively

      Avantages

      Near a lot of coffee shops, dog friendly, party friendly, nice building/neighborhood, plenty of parking

      Inconvénients

      Open environment, weak newcomer orientation, newbies expected to perform at top speed immediately in a distracting environment. No HR dept., middle management not equipped to handle the revolving door of designers, no coffee provided, contractors must bring their own equipment, old-timers expected to wear too many hats.
