Avantages
1. If you wish to be in a comfort zone, without any expectations from employer, you will be at right place Some Good employees try to maintain good working culture / work life balance etc
Inconvénients
There are too many, but these are the important ones 1. Poor management at every stage / every role 2. No professionalism to HR - They are just good till you get hired. They make their own rules as per their convenience. 3. No professionalism to Admin team- They are just good at cut off the reimbursement claims. No timeline for your fixed monthly claims as well as no timeline for your reimbursement claims. 4. All managers (except few) feels they are your boss and you are their slaves 5. Won't get any growth till 5-7 years
