      Hours are up to you. Same goes with time off. Work as much as your want, or as little as you want. There is room to always grow, since you can request more responsibility if you think you can handle it. Great place to make money for college.

      Inconvénients

      Managers are typically bad with HR related tasks. Hiring, firing, promoting.
