Really kind and down to earth people who are always open to help or point you in the right direction, even upper leadership. Unlimited PTO policy that you are actually encouraged to take - no one makes you feel guilty about time off. Lots of room to make an impact as they are still growin rapidly and building out processes

Could do a better job of engaging their remote workforce with fun virtual activities to help them feel more connected. It is hard to build relationships if you are remote and you can feel a bit disconnected from the larger company, If you don't deal well with change, you might find the environment challenging at times as priorities shift constantly and you have to be prepared to switch gears suddenly.
