Avantages

Great money, easy going job, weekends off.

Inconvénients

Bosses like to pick an choose and treat everybody else like crap. Bosses say that you should get jobs done when there is no way possible. Bosses call you out in front of all the other employees. Just rude people that think they are better than everybody else an thinks prayer will fix everything what if I have a different religion from them...what if I believe in another God?!

Avantages

I worked at ServiceMaster Clean for 4 years and had an overall amazing experience. From day one, I felt supported by both management and my team, and there was a strong sense of respect and accountability throughout the company.

Inconvénients

The only con was having to be on call, which isn't really a con because that was a part of my job description. They also paid extra for it.
