      Avantages

      You gain lots of good experience using various new software tools for analyzing gears and bearings in wind turbines. Flexible work atmosphere with no difficulties getting time off when needed and good people to work around.

      Inconvénients

      Small company with little organization. Hard to find a good system to accomplish tasks. It is difficult to get things done when many priorities are consistently being switched around. Pay is not great for the amount of work required.

      - The company has a highly technical team that really focuses on technology development - Permanently WFH available - Good work life balance

      Avantages

      Their scientists seem ok but the management and administrators are fraudulent scammers

      Inconvénients

      After completing the job, they continued to gaslight me for six months saying that payment was coming soon but never paid. After a few months I looked into them and found that they are being sued by the US government for fraud. I wish I'd checked this before accepting the job.
