So even though everything else is completely but completely same, your colleague can earn even double or more compared to you just because of his/her passport. Even because of passport/nationality he/she can earn more than his/her manager. This is everywhere in the world called DISCRIMINATION. I even don't talk about all the details about how Kuala Lumpur financial is UNprofessional. I have to write a book on this.
