Avantages
Pay and benefits are ok - but that's because otherwise, no one would stay.
Inconvénients
Leadership seems determined to dig the hole they've already made even deeper. New management’s ever-changing focus and direction has led to chaos, office politics, and a steady loss of both talent and money. They love to harp about "efficiency" but are easily the most inefficient people in the room. Zero respect for people's time which is very ironic, given how much talk there is about efficiency. Swings between being completely hands-off or full blown micromanaging. After forcing out people who actually knew what they were doing, the company went on to hire people who clearly don't (other than excelling at internal politics). HR who??? Doesn't make a difference to them if you live or die. No matter how many red flags are raised about disturbing behaviour that risks others' mental health - even with evidence and done through official channels - nothing gets done.
