Avantages
RowCal has a fabulous technological and human approach to HOA Management. Employees are well compensated above the industry average. While there is a bit of top heavy management, managers at all levels express honest concern and care for clients and employees equally. I have been in this industry for over 30 years and with RowCal since their entrance into the Colorado market. There have been a few bumps in the road sure but they have all been successfully resolved and things generally work like a well oiled machine well as much as it can in this industry. The Colorado Springs market employees are all in the same mindset and work well together without the typical office baiting.
Inconvénients
Where we were fully remote expect one day a month for manager meetings, we now have to come into the office for some time at least three days a week. For me that is a drain on my productivity for others it is a bonus. I would personally rather stay home and work but not everyone is cut out to work independently.
