Stagnant work environment. There are employees that simply don't leave because of the pay and benefits, which makes it challenging when you want to innovate and grow. There is a lot of work dumping across multiple departments. They are not receptive to newer generations, and don't adapt, and there is a lot of burnout. In addition, if you look closely, they have an anti-racism and anti-sexism agenda, which give you insights about the problems. When you report the issues, HR& Culture acknowledges that there are issues, and nothing gets resolved, because now there is an agenda. Do yourself a favor, if you want to grow professionally, delay gratification; make a little less money in exchange for a better opportunity that will open doors.
