      Avantages

      Good teamwork, but only within your own team. Lots of things to learn in model development site. Salaries and benefits tolerable. Good location away from much of the gridlocked parts of the Bay. Parent company seems well invested but still hands off.

      Inconvénients

      Reorg after reorg. Massive failure to communicate between departments. Company moving forward so fast it is leaving many teams behind. Often unreasonable deadlines. Politics are terrible. CEO is nice guy, but lacks ability to maintain course more than a year. Company seems like it has ADHD and is not on any meds for it.
