Avantages

It's great working somewhere where everyone at the company is working at such a high level! I genuinely believe that Rise is one of the best in the world at what they do. Everyone in the company is so welcoming - I've been here for 3 months and within the first week I was involved in Rises version of the TV show traitors it was a great way to get to know everyone! I also love that Rise work with some of the worlds best brands - so you get to be involved with some pretty amazing projects. Finally, I raved about Rise and my best man has just got a job here. That should tell you what you need to know about the company.

Inconvénients

Honestly at this point I don't have anything bad to say.

Avantages

• Clients and projects are fun and interesting. • Many people in the NYC office seemed nice (though it’s hard to know if that was genuine after my experience).

Inconvénients

• No diversity • They talk a big game on social media, but don’t be fooled by what you see in YouTube videos of parties, office expansions, awards, or revenue milestones. It’s smoke and mirrors. Please, please don’t fall for it like I did. • Like others have shared, I was completely blindsided when I was terminated. I lost my mom, and within three months of that loss, I was let go. Just a week before I was let go, my boss had offered to connect me with his wife who had also lost a parent, a gesture that felt supportive at the time. Then, without warning, negative feedback, or explanation, I was terminated. The only words I heard from my boss in that meeting were, “I’ll let HR fire away.” Cold, transactional, and deeply cruel. • How you treat people during their hardest moments tells me everything I need to know about your character, and this company failed that test miserably. Overall: I am not the only person who sees Rise at Seven for what it truly is, and unfortunately, not the only person who has had an awful experience here. The culture is not supportive, it’s performative. The reality is cold, transactional, and disloyal.
