Top-notch way of approach and very employee friendly. * Work environment is flawless. * This is the kind of organization and people I've dreamt of to work with.

      SmartSocialBrand - A company with no political hierarchy and micromanagement. SSB always respect and values their employee ideas from bottom-to-top and top-to-bottom. For me personally, it's a platform/opportunity to grow as a good leader by adding value to my team and organization. You have autonomy and company have all the ears to listen to your ideas, suggestions, and concerns to make sure we live in a good culture.
