      Avantages

      The workplace is friendly, the managers and supervisors are very accommodating, and the health benefits are the best I've ever seen or heard of.

      Inconvénients

      The salary is kinda weak, especially compared to the salaries of employees at other automotive manufacturing plants nearby.

      Avantages

      The company is small, but working hours are standard in this position. Workload varies based on project deck. Overall, good team members assist in meeting KPIs. Very good health insurance.

      Inconvénients

      Headquarters in Germany, and is micromanaged for many tasks, limiting your decision making power. Growth in the company is tied to fluctuating Auto Market, and personal growth is stagnant.
