      Avantages

      Nice challenges with great impact. There is a very big upside in potential compensation. Given it's astronomical growth the stock options compensation is very attractive.

      Inconvénients

      It is a young company with very weak Human Resources management. Growing in a company might be chaotic and works for some but might not for others

      High degree of ownership, be accountable of the work that you produce and make things happen.

      Inconvénients

      High pressure environment. Rapid changes and need to be highly adaptable to different circumstances.
