Great experience for people looking to help the community and gain leadership experience while exploring rural India. Also a great experience for team-building skills.

Perhaps more interaction with the locals for the work involved and more options for projects to choose from.

Volunteering in Tanzania was a once in a lifetime experience. Truly memorable. Well managed by London Head Office and locally by the Tanzania team in Morogoro.

None that i can think of. It is volunteering, so don't expect a salary, but the rewards are all development; yourself, the community your working in and the venturer (youth volunteers) for whom you're responsible. The rating system on glassdoor isn't particularly relevant for volunteering, but will award a consistent five.
