It is youth-led organization that works closely with young people and inspire them to grow into professional career. Put young people into the center of organization implementation plan. As well care less about certification of it's candidates but admire most and embrace people with true experience of making things done.
Inconvénients
Low number of female staffs result to have unfair representation of ideas from female point of view.
