Avantages
Money can be good. If you are lucky enough to work for Ron O'Donnell, you might like working here. He is a very good sales manager. None of the negative things in this review are a reflection on Ron O'Donnell. If by chance you are a G.M. or dealership owner, in need of a good sales manager...he would be someone I would highly recommend.
Inconvénients
Family oriented....as long as it is their family. Money is good, but they will burn you out. Days and time off beyond your scheduled days are highly frowned on. Dont have any family emergencies that last longer than two days and you'll be fine. Management likes to treat employees like kids...punishing the whole team for the actions of one...even when they know who the one was. There are mandatory sales calls (20 per day), which are very old leads, and they must be called, notes made, and sheets turned back in each day. With all the busy work....you might have 1 to 2 hours per day to do real work.
