Construction in Portland is difficult given how disfunctional the city/county/state are.

The field team is awesome. They are very knowledgeable and have pride in their work.

Office is disconnected from field. They seem more concerned with office parties, hanging out in the kitchen/ gym and working from home. Should be more focused on getting work and why projects are failing.
