      Avantages

      Company culture. People are very friendly. Good place to have some fun with videogame in a free time if you care about it.

      Inconvénients

      A lot of work for only one person to take care. They know they need more people, but while you're doing the job and motivated, they don't hire. I spent 1 1/2 year without help, taking care of a big client all by myself. It was common to work long hours and sometimes in the weekend when I was requested to, without receive any more money for that.

      one of the most innovative companies in Brazil (according to fastcompany) the best head executives you can find lot of learnings with exceed people and projects great collaborative environment
