Great place to help build up your confidence. I used to be a very shy person but with the motivation and encouragement from everyone really helped me break out of that. A lot of learning and development happens hands-on, which I like since I'm a very hands-on type of person. It is great that there are both theoretical and practical experiences for professional development and growth and there is always something new to learn skills to master. Keeps the job interesting.

Like any job, it takes a lot of hard work where you may need to put in hours. So it is very important to maintain a good work/life balance. It can be an intimidating environment if you are not a competitive person.

I loved the team environment, the office is lots of fun and very positive in the mornings. I had never done anything like this before so there was lots of training which i really needed. I got a chance to travel for various business trips, go to leadership conferences and spend a lot of time with a lot of successful people.

They had lots of team nights and activity nights that i could not go to because i played soccer on the evenings so the timing of them was a con for me.
