      Avantages

      Working at Pathlight School has been both inspiring and humbling. I’ve had the privilege of contributing to projects that directly maximise our students' potential and strengthen communities. This place is for those who want their work to have meaning beyond themselves. At Pathlight School, I don’t just work for a charity; I work within a cause.

      Inconvénients

      This is not a place for someone looking for fast-paced career climbing.

      Avantages

      Good flexible work hours, if no meetings can wfh after students go home. Generally follow school holiday scheme with much needed block leave for staff to rest.

      Inconvénients

      Timetable is horrible - thats why no mainstream teachers want to stay here in sped. High teaching hours and workload for staff, some days don't even have a break at all from 730 till dismissal. When others MC, we end up covering for relief support and work much harder.
