      Nothing that I can think of.

      Inconvénients

      PTO/Benefits are terrible. Leaders keep throwing 2-3 people's jobs at you without increasing your salary. Constant change without a clear direction and plan in place. Leaderships expect you to just know without the proper training

      PPM fostered a fantastic company culture that promoted growth opportunities within the company. It was a rewarding environment where I felt supported and encouraged to develop professionally.”

      Inconvénients

      It seems the tech market is experiencing a slowdown lately. It’s concerning that PPM hasn’t developed a strategy to diversify their business beyond Tech. Exploring new markets could provide stability and growth opportunities for the future.
