      -flexible hours -management left us alone as long as we did work -ample overtime opportunities

      Inconvénients

      -meddling coworkers/supervisors -layoffs -people who are friends with/suck up to management always get promoted quicker -managers often had no idea what we actually did

      Compensation and bonus has been available through ebbs and flows of business. Hard work is typically seen and rewarded.

      Inconvénients

      7 line managers in 10 years (through one role change) Company restructures often. You must be willing to adapt and thrive in constant change.
