      Avantages

      They had good benefits, but poor wages.

      Inconvénients

      Unpredictable and unexplained firing at any time, even after years and year of working there. No explanation or evaluations. Not trustworthy to my surprise. Black and white decisions. Little support from anyone in management. Thoughtless about actions toward employees. Unkind.

      Avantages

      Supportive staff and admin, excellent benefits, flexible schedule, and competitive pay

      Inconvénients

      Clients are living with the program and will frequently stay until they pass away, which is hard to deal with. Many people in our community have no idea what OSLP does.

      Avantages

      I would say the best thing about working here would be the client's. They are all awesome!

      Inconvénients

      When you ask for a small accomidation they will fire you! I was recently diagnosed with bipolar and treated horribly by staff, management and HR. Then someone conveniently hacked into my phone sending one explicit video to my only boss. I was instantly fired without giving me anytime to find out who did it. I was Morrified!
