      Avantages

      Good paycheck and good benefits. The rich will get richer in this company. The people doing the actual work will never be acknowledged. They will only get more work added to their already over filled plate while making half the money of the people who are barely working because we don't need to, that's what they are for.

      Inconvénients

      Human resource manager is a joke. It's an embarrassment to the company and everybody seems to know this but her and the few people she has managed to fool.

      Avantages

      Great big thank you to Tonia and the HR staff for all their hard work in helping me with working out my benefits! Not many companies worry and care about the individual employees and how benefits and policies are going to directly impact each and every employee but she does and makes sure that everyone is accommodated as well as possible. I really appreciate what OC and the HR Department does for their employees.

      Inconvénients

      Growing pains are constantly creating problems for most companies and OC is no different but executive management is capable and ready to take on any challenge.
