      Avantages

      Projects from big companies, which means your work does have big impact Smart and deligent coworkers People are friendly, always willing to help. Delivers great value to client.

      Inconvénients

      Not sure for benefits. People are pretty much devided based on projects. Sometimes might feel attached for one project for too long. Technology stack seldom change/updates.

      Avantages

      Friendly employees and colleagues. Made lot of good friends with colleagues.

      Inconvénients

      No growth in career. You will be stuck with the same kind of pay, benefits when you started. Mostly work is consulting basis. So, you will be on bench doing inside projects which aren't fun when there are no active projects. There is no good marketing team which gets new clients/projects to work with. The vacation time, pay and 401K they offer are a joke.

      Thank you for your review. We value your opinion and take your review seriously. Given your comments, you haven't been at ObjectWave for quite some time. We are going through a transformation and as a result many things have changed. Many things that you mention in your review no longer exist. What I can say is that ObjectWave has moved in a very different direction and has many opportunities for the right people. We are growing rapidly and moving in a very positive direction.
