      There is still some work-life balance. They have a nice gym and beer bash.

      Inconvénients

      The company lost their innovation and therefore direction. They have had 4 layoffs within 36 months.

      Avantages

      Great office location Collaborative team and coworkers with product resolution for customers Ongoing learning new technologies in the field DEI and options for more unique perspectives

      Inconvénients

      NetApp has a tendency to have proprietary knowledge so it's difficult to confirm if this can translate well to other companies/industries While there is DEI and more the office can have a tendecy to have people state things that are flat out harmful to others this isn't covered and ignored Company has lots of layoffs and it's difficult to guage when this may happen and if you'll be impacted or not
