      Avantages

      Marketsource is US company with Canadian affiliate. This company cares about their staff. They are open to flexibility in schedules to accommodate each employees needs.

      Inconvénients

      Marketsource is newer to Canada but is an operating company of Allegis which has been in Canada for many years. A newer company that needs to raise awareness among Canadian prospects.

      - Lots of downtime - Not strict about what you do/wear - The work is simple most of the time - Managers and HR are great

      Inconvénients

      -Not really any cons its a great job

      A fun career with leading others to success. Weekly Pay Good Start to Management Career

      Inconvénients

      Lower on the Pay Scale Does require you to stand at all productive hours. Store staff, may try to micro manage you at times beyond your scope of work.
