Avantages
Friendly, smart professional people who want to do good things... team environment... easy on/off highway location with free parking.
Inconvénients
Company lacks clear business strategy, immature sales organization, lacks vocal, visible top sr leadership. Spanish parent-company dictating direction and promoting Spanish leaders for key US roles. Weak comp package and limited if any, flex work arrangements. Old school thinking in the way employees are treated. Management doesn't demonstrate trust of employees. Lots of micromanaging.
