      Avantages

      Great pay and benefits and plenty of overtime. if you apply yourself and actually put in the time, you can have a promising career here.

      Inconvénients

      Too many chiefs and not enough Indians. A lot of workers get a sense of entitlement and don't like to be corrected when they are wrong which causes some clashes.

      Work is great, 4x10 schedule is perfect...

      Inconvénients

      It's far. I live over 60 miles and everyday in person is hell drive.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
