      Casual environment, relaxed dress code, employee events

      Inconvénients

      Very clicky, immature sales force, rewarded bad behavior, drugs, drinking, fights, and drama. If you're intelligent, leadership makes you feel as though you aren't. Undervalued. It is made known that you are completely replaceable. No room for advancement.

      Flexible schedule for parents, remote work, great benefits including generous time off, culture and values, leadership team, opportunities for advancement, leadership truly cares on a personal level about the employees, ability to pitch an idea or create a new process regardless of your level in the company.

      Inconvénients

      Starting pay may be lower than most with the caveat of long term financial upside.

      Unorganized, newer teammate micro-manages and causes toxic work environment, other members on the team never answer the phone and get away with it, pay could be better
