      Working with kids one on one, freedom to set your own curriculum, nice employees.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is terrible, the owner creates a hostile work environment and is out of touch with reality. DO NOT WORK THERE!!!!

      Flexible hours, no teaching cert required

      Inconvénients

      Minimal prep time, no additional prep time for more classes, hard to find subs who know the material for more niche subjects, no healthcare
