      Avantages

      The student population is great. The on-site administration is usually helpful and attentive but overworked.

      Inconvénients

      No path to full time employment. No attempts to retain staff or admin. Everything is done at the whims of the owner, who doesn’t seem to understand education at all. Low pay, no benefits, no community.

      Flexible hours, no teaching cert required

      Inconvénients

      Minimal prep time, no additional prep time for more classes, hard to find subs who know the material for more niche subjects, no healthcare
