Avantages

Fantastic work life balance, great at listening to needs, amazing flexibility, and understanding when life happens. I was able to work up from being a receptionist in college to using my degree to become a Full Time Systems Administrator. They also allowed me to work remotely when life decisions took my family in a new direction.

Inconvénients

Sometimes the communication is lacking.

Inconvénients

While the flat hierarchy and open culture can be a pro, the lack of formal structure has led to a lack of defined intervals for performance reviews and associated compensation adjustments.
