      Great company with longevity in the business and lots of development planned for the future

      Inconvénients

      On the smaller side of the business they didn't seem to have a grasp on what net costs were vs. profit

      Flexible Schedule, Generous but unpredictable year-end bonus, small-firm.

      Inconvénients

      New leadership in place (owners son) lacks integrity, real-world views, no loyalty to personnel, disregards tenured employees, dismissive to clients, arrogant.
