Avantages
Great coworkers is the biggest pro. Good first job to have. If you're on a good team with a manager who cares, your experience won't be so bad, but it's rare to find that. Light flexibility and work events.
Inconvénients
Upper management is not really in tune and honestly barely like each other. Everything is done for the aesthetics, but the root causes are never targeted and fixed. The HR team only works for the company and are genuinely terrible people, especially the head of HR. Don't even bother wasting your time going to any of them. The CEO screams at people, is very unprofessional, and is overly particular about banal things. You're expected to work crazy hours often. Work-life balance is often thrown around but not applied. Hard work, low reward. A toxic environment where people would rather point the finger instead of just helping and getting it done. I've heard a few instances of colorism, which is beyond unacceptable. So if you're a POC beware. Often called a "family" and absolutely is not! Your mental health may completely deteriorate while working here. I would never recommend this place to anyone!
