Very dissatisfying and disappointing - Avis employé Employé (anonyme) Integrium

The company is involved in small to large scale clinical research projects with small to large drug companies and start-ups. They offer services at any and all phases of a clinical study and have employees with many years of experience.

The company is a bit slower to react to changes to expected pay based on inflation or changes in the labor market.

There is no pro to working with integrium, and I mean it. Not a single pro other then free coffee in the morning.

This place was an absolute pigsty. There was absolutely no training , they throw you into the fire then yell at you when you do something not right Management specifically needs to be replaced. Very unorganized and no one is on the same page. Don't waste your time, it's not worth the stress and hassle. Don't know how this company is even still in business.
