      Company benefits were okay and salary sacrifice schemes were also good

      Inconvénients

      Very clique place to work with toxic management at the helm. Everything was about SLAs, even toilet breaks were monitored. They sell you a dream of progression and they'll then put you on training which you're expected to do on your own time. Was also made to sit away from the team while working my notice, pathetic.

      Avantages

      Great people, there is almost always someone there to help you when you have questions. They tend to usually work the schedule around other commitments that employees have except during during busy season

      Inconvénients

      They do not pay attention to problems that arise between employees and management at times and sometimes management involves itself in the problem and makes it worst. They are not big on seniority as the company has fired people that have worked here for more then 8 years. And it's a very repetitive job with little to no chance of moving up in the company
