Avantages
I love working for Insight Credit Union. Great benefits and PTO are available to all staff. I am a dedicated employee who can truly say they love coming to work. If you work hard and are consistent then you will move up in this company. Often times people make it about who you know but here it's about what you know, and I love that. If you are dedicated and work hard then you will move up- it is as simple as that. If you have a passion for banking and being out in the community- making a name for yourself then you would fit right in here. I look forward to many more successful years I have ahead of me.
Inconvénients
I would like to see the pay be different. The one thing I do not agree with is seeing people who have the same job title, but have more responsibilities make the same pay. For example: A supervisor who has one employee under them makes the same salary as a supervisor that may have 8 employees under them with double the stress. This may not be feasible but is something to consider.
