      Avantages

      Do some good for those in need of support and direction. Find a good work/life balance (in between redundancy scares!)

      Inconvénients

      Constantly doubting the existence of my job three months from now. Afraid to make medium or long term commitments because I've interviewed for my own job three times in two years. Only one was to join the company. The other two were at the mercy of the redundancy lottery.

      Inconvénients

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
